Prime Minister and senior BJP leader Narendra Modi is campaigning in West Bengal today for the ongoing Assembly elections. He will address a public meeting at Dumdum this morning, followed by another rally at Baruipur. Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah is also taking part in the campaign. This afternoon, he will address public meetings at Lebukhali Maidan in Hingalganj and Konnagar. Later in the evening, he is scheduled to hold a roadshow at Aatpur ESD Gate in the Jagaddal Assembly constituency.
Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee will hold a campaign in Bhabanipur, while Abhishek Banerjee, General Secretary of the Trinamool Congress, will hold election meetings and roadshows at several places in Howrah and South 24 Parganas today.
