According to sources, Robo Shankar fainted while shooting on Wednesday. Crew members immediately rushed him to a private hospital, where he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Despite intensive medical care, doctors could not save him, and he reportedly breathed his last around 8:30 pm on Thursday.
Robo Shankar is survived by his wife Priyanka and daughter Indraja, who herself gained popularity for her role in actor Vijay’s blockbuster Bigil.
