Executive Director and State Head, IndianOil AOD, G. Ramesh has launched a 5kg FTL “Chhotu” in the newly revamped Retail Outlet M/s Navarun Petroleum Agency at Agartala on Thursday.

He also inaugurated an Information Display Board and Yard lighting advertisements of the Retail Outlet, which is the first in the state of Tripura. He was accompanied by General Manager (LPG), IndianOil AOD, M B Manohar Roy and other officials in the program.

The Retail Outlet is run by 100 percent female customer attendants which was hailed by Ramesh as IndianOil’s one of the many contributions towards women empowerment.

He handed over the first Chhotu cylinder to a customer in the event.

According to an official press release, a Chhotu can be taken by any person by giving only an ID Proof, no address proof is required. As of August 19, the price of a Chhotu new connection is Rs.1509.50 and for a refill is Rs. 565.50 at any Retail Outlet POS in Agartala.

Ramesh and Roy also handed over gifts to the female customer attendants of the RO as a token of love in view of the upcoming Raksha Bandhan festival.
