India Launches Global Diplomatic Blitz with ‘Operation Sindoor Outreach’ to Expose Pakistan’s Terror Links
India launches global diplomatic blitz in a bold and unprecedented diplomatic initiative, ‘Operation Sindoor Outreach’. The global campaign aimed at exposing Pakistan’s direct and indirect involvement in cross-border terrorism. The operation, which is being described as a landmark move in India’s counter-terror diplomacy, began on Wednesday with the departure of the first group of an all-party delegation from New Delhi on a five-nation visit.

Led by JD(U) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha, the delegation will travel to Indonesia, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea, Japan, and Singapore, carrying with them detailed dossiers that document Pakistan’s role in harboring and sponsoring terrorist organizations. The delegation includes a high-profile cross-section of Indian political representation: former External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid (Congress), CPI-M MP John Brittas, BJP MPs Aparajita Sarangi, Brij Lal, Pradan Baruah, Hemang Joshi, and TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee, along with veteran diplomat Ambassador Mohan Kumar.

According to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Operation Sindoor Outreach is the first-of-its-kind, multi-party foreign engagement initiative spearheaded by India to counter global terrorism narratives and diplomatically isolate Pakistan for its continued sponsorship of terror networks such as Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM). The name “Sindoor” refers to the red powder symbolizing commitment and protection, signaling India’s unshakable resolve to defend its sovereignty.
A Broad Diplomatic Canvas: 33 Countries, 59 MPs
This first group is part of a larger effort comprising seven high-level delegations, collectively involving 59 Members of Parliament, seasoned diplomats, and political leaders. Between May 21 and June 5, these delegations will visit 33 countries, including strategic and influential capitals like Tokyo, Washington D.C., Brussels, London, Paris, and Jakarta, meeting with foreign governments, parliaments, media outlets, Indian diaspora, and civil society organizations.
Each delegation is carrying classified dossiers and intelligence material, laying out comprehensive evidence of Pakistan’s terror infrastructure. This includes evidence from Operation Sindoor, India’s recent counter-terror military strike targeting launchpads across the Line of Control (LoC). The files detail how Pakistan’s military and Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) have enabled and sheltered global terror fugitives and operations targeting India.

Foreign Secretary’s Message: No Room for Ambiguity
On Tuesday, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri held intensive closed-door briefings with members of three of the seven delegations. According to MEA sources, Misri conveyed India’s official position with clarity and conviction.
“India has faced cross-border terrorism for over four decades. We have adopted a new normal in countering such activities. There is no room for ambiguity or appeasement,” Misri said.
He also firmly rejected Pakistan’s recent offer of a joint probe into the Pahalgam terror attack, stating,
“Asking Pakistan to co-investigate terror attacks on Indian soil is like asking the thief to investigate his own crimes.”
A Global Call for Accountability
Operation Sindoor Outreach seeks to push the international community toward accountability and action against state-sponsored terrorism. Indian MPs will meet their counterparts in national legislatures, engage with influential media, and present detailed documentation to international bodies like the United Nations and ASEAN forums.

The outreach is designed to resonate with a unified global message:
“Terrorism anywhere is a threat to peace everywhere, and India will not stand alone in this fight.”
The inclusion of MPs from across party lines underscores the bipartisan consensus in India on combating terrorism and the country’s firm diplomatic posture. This rare foreign policy unity signals India’s readiness to play a leading role in reshaping global norms around terrorism and sovereignty.
The Road Ahead
With delegations scheduled to reach Tokyo on May 22, followed by Korea (May 24), Singapore (May 27), Indonesia (May 28), and Malaysia (May 31), the campaign is expected to generate significant international attention and shape narratives in major global capitals. The comprehensive documentation and India’s clear messaging are aimed at mobilizing political and public opinion against safe havens for terrorism.
Operation Sindoor Outreach, according to senior government officials, is more than a diplomatic blitz—it is a strategic declaration: India will act, expose, and unite the world against the menace of terrorism.
