The upcoming Village Committee elections were highlighted as an important area of organisational attention. The BJP leadership discussed preparedness at the grassroots level and the need for stronger coordination between senior leaders, district organisations, mandals and booth-level workers. The emphasis was placed on building an active and responsive organisational network capable of maintaining regular contact with people.

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha stressed the importance of keeping public service at the centre of the government’s activities. He said that the primary responsibility of the government is to remain beside the people, understand their problems and ensure that practical solutions are delivered in a timely manner.

The Chief Minister also underlined the importance of maintaining direct communication with communities. According to the discussions, officials and party workers need to remain connected with citizens, listen to their grievances and work towards ensuring that eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of government welfare schemes.

The meeting therefore carried significance beyond electoral preparation, with public service delivery and grassroots engagement forming an important part of the discussions. The leadership stressed that organisational strength should be accompanied by effective communication with the public and visible efforts to address people’s concerns.
