Organised by the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) in collaboration with the Consulate General of India in Jeddah and the Embassy of India in Riyadh, and supported by Invest Saudi and the Chambers of Commerce of Jeddah and Makkah, the three-day exposition features more than 200 exhibitors from India and around the world.

The inauguration was attended by Princess Nourah Al-Faisal, designer and founder of Nuun Jewels; senior Saudi officials, including Eng. Fahad Al Jubairy from the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Khalid A. Al-Sheddi from the Ministry of Investment, and Faleh Almutairi from the Saudi General Authority of Foreign Trade; along with representatives from the Chambers of Commerce, leading businesses, the diplomatic corps, and senior Indian officials.
In his address, GJEPC Chairman Kirit Bhansali underlined the potential for deeper India-Saudi collaboration in the gems and jewellery sector.

Khalid Al-Sheddi of the Ministry of Investment said SAJEX provides a timely platform to strengthen trade and investment ties in line with Vision 2030.
