On the occasion of the 75th Republic Day, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha expressed his admiration for the developmental strides India is making under the proficient leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Dr. Saha shared these sentiments after unfurling the national flag at his official residence in Agartala, where state officials and Tripura police accorded him a guard of honor.
Extending warm wishes to the people of Tripura and the entire nation, Dr. Saha highlighted the commendable leadership of Prime Minister Modi. “The way he is steering the country forward is truly commendable, and it fills us with great pride. The entire world is watching to see how our Prime Minister is leading the country,” remarked the Chief Minister.
Highlighting the importance of collective efforts, Dr. Saha urged citizens to work together towards the prosperity and strength of the nation while upholding the principles of the constitution. He reiterated the state’s commitment to the ideals of ‘Ek Tripura Shrestha Tripura’ and ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.’
Later in the day, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha attended the main Republic Day program at the Assam Rifles Ground in Agartala. There, he witnessed a spectacular parade featuring various platoons and captivating cultural performances by students, further commemorating the spirit of the occasion.
