The Tripura government has issued a notification to its employees, urging them to prioritize punctuality and maintain regular attendance in their respective offices. The notification, issued by the General Administration Department Secretary, Abhishek Singh, on Thursday, cited a lack of punctuality and irregular attendance among employees across various departments, offices, and public sector undertakings.

Importantly, employees were reminded to notify their controlling authority in advance, under any circumstances, if they need to leave the office during working hours.
