Qatar Open: Bopanna-Borges, Bhambri-Dodig set for men’s doubles quarterfinal clashes

In Qatar, Open Tennis, India’s Rohan Bopanna and his Portuguese partner Nuno Borges will take on Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool of the United Kingdom in the men’s double quarterfinal this evening.

Earlier, Bopanna and Borges knocked down the reigning Australian Open runners-up in the first round on Tuesday. Bopanna-Borges, playing in their first ATP tournament as a pair, registered a 7-6, 7-6 victory against the Italian pair of Simone Bolleli and Andrea Vavassori.

In Another quarterfinal encounter today, India’s Yuki Bhambri and his Croatian partner Ivan Dodig will be up against Croatia’s Mate Pavić and Salvadoran player Marcelo Arévalo.
