The State-level Janakalyan Shibir will be held in Agartala from June 14 to 16, offering citizens access to key Central and State Government welfare schemes, including Ayushman Bharat, PM Surya Ghar, PM SVANidhi, and certification services. Chief Minister Manik Saha will inaugurate the three-day public welfare camp.

To mark the completion of 12 years of the present Central Government, a State-level Janakalyan Shibir will be organized at Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhavan in Agartala from June 14 to June 16. The three-day public welfare camp aims to bring a wide range of government services and welfare schemes directly to citizens, ensuring easier access to benefits and administrative support.

The inaugural ceremony of the Janakalyan Shibir will be attended by Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha along with several distinguished guests. The event is expected to witness the participation of officials from various government departments responsible for implementing both Central and State-sponsored welfare programmes.

During the camp, citizens will have the opportunity to avail themselves of information, registration facilities, and benefits under several flagship schemes. These include Ayushman Bharat, PM Surya Ghar, Ayushman Vay Vandana, PM SVANidhi, Lakhpati Didi, and the Viksit Bharat Gram initiative. The camp is designed to serve as a single-window platform where people can access multiple welfare services without visiting different government offices.

In addition to welfare schemes, the Janakalyan Shibir will provide registration facilities for obtaining Other Backward Classes (OBC) certificates, Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificates (PRTC), birth certificates, and death certificates. Various assistance programmes for persons with disabilities will also be available at the venue, enabling eligible beneficiaries to access government support more conveniently.

According to officials, the camp will remain open from 11 am to 4 pm on June 15 and June 16. Citizens from Agartala and nearby areas are encouraged to visit the venue and take advantage of the services being offered.

The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to improving service delivery and ensuring that welfare schemes reach the intended beneficiaries efficiently. Similar Janakalyan Shibirs are scheduled to be organized across various blocks and urban local bodies throughout Tripura from June 15 to June 17.
