PM Shri Sabroom HS Girls’ School launches monthly newsletter to highlight achievements, boost student creativity, and strengthen communication among students, teachers, and parents, marking a major step in academic engagement and institutional development.

A new chapter in student engagement and institutional communication unfolded at PM Shri Sabroom Higher Secondary Girls’ School with the launch of its monthly newsletter on Saturday. The initiative was formally inaugurated by Sub-Divisional Magistrate Suman Rakshit in the presence of faculty members, students, and local dignitaries.

The introduction of the newsletter is seen as a progressive step toward strengthening the academic and creative environment within the school. Designed as a comprehensive platform, the publication will document and highlight the institution’s growth, achievements, and diverse activities. School authorities believe it will significantly improve communication among students, teachers, and parents while fostering a sense of shared accomplishment.

Assistant Headmaster Ranjan Debnath explained that the newsletter aims to capture the full spectrum of school life, including academic milestones, sports events, cultural programs, and the observance of important occasions. He emphasized that recognizing student achievements in print will not only motivate individuals but also inspire others to excel in their respective fields.

Beyond recognition, the newsletter is expected to play an educational role by encouraging students to actively participate in content creation. Contributions will include essays, poems, short stories, and artwork, providing young learners with an opportunity to develop writing, editing, and creative thinking skills. This hands-on experience is particularly valuable for students with an interest in journalism and literature.

The initiative also seeks to strengthen the connection between the school and parents. By regularly updating families on institutional progress, upcoming plans, and student performance, the newsletter will promote transparency and collaboration. Educators believe this will lead to a more supportive learning environment and improved student outcomes.
