A team of three students from Sciences Po, French visited Agartala to get an idea of Howrah River Front Development Project being implemented by Agartala Smart City Limited (ASCL).
The French students arrived in the state on Sunday and they would leave the state on Wednesday.
According to sources, as part of their visit to Agartala, the students inspected various Smart City Projects including the Integrated Control and Command Centre (ICCC) and the project site at State Museum (Ujjayanta Palace).
They also interacted with the families rehabilitated from banks of River Howrah to Radhanagar housing facility under the River Front Development Project.
Besides, they also had discussions with the CEO of ASCL Dr. Shailesh Kumar Yadav on various important matters.
Sources said, the Howrah River Front Development Project is one of the most innovative projects being funded by the French Development Agency and the French students arrived in the city to get an exposure of the works.
