Assam down town University launched its Entrepreneurship Cell (E-cell), Navarambh, in Panikhaiti, Guwahati on August 14th.
The inaugural event was attended by Prof NC Talukdar, Vice-Chancellor of AdtU, and Prof Pranveer Singh, Pro Vice-Chancellor of AdtU, reports Guwahati Plus.
The E-cell members presented their vision and objectives, laying the foundation for a journey filled with innovation and ambition.
During the event, the E-cell logo was unveiled, representing collective determination and mentorship.
A panel discussion followed, featuring accomplished entrepreneurs and mentors who delved into the depths of entrepreneurship, providing valuable insights.
Pranjal Konwar, COO of IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, shed light on startup dynamics, while Dr Simanta Kalita, CEO of AIDC Selco Foundation, shared his early experiences, nurturing a spirit of growth.
Satyam Sharma, COO of IIT Research Park, extended a friendly hand to aspiring minds, igniting a spark of inspiration along with Prithviraj Neog, Assistant Manager at NEDFI, who connected heartily with students, sharing personal anecdotes.
A presentation by Ashish Sharma, COO of OctaNE Center of Entrepreneurship at STPI Guwahati, introduced an Open Challenge Program 4.0, capturing the interest of eager minds.
