They also took a dig at the Chief Minister reported remark that ‘everything was not under his control’.
“It is a matter of concern now that if any Chief Minister says that everything is not under his control or jurisdiction. However, it is reassuring that he told us that he would take all steps to restorepeace and democracy in Tripura,” he told reporters.
He said, “Despite such brutal attacks on our Congress leaders, we fought hard against the BJP in this by-elections and people voted for the congress party. Now that the BJP party is unable to accept the Congress emergence, they have started attacking us.”
