The incident took place in the Santirbazar area and has triggered discussions over the growing influence and responsibility of social media creators.
According to police officials, the accused, identified as Shipul Majumder of Ganjertila, was detained at Santirbazar police station on Saturday following complaints regarding the content uploaded on social media platforms.
