Most Asian stock markets closed in positive zone today. South Korea’s Kospi index surged 2.7 per cent, Japan’s Nikkei 225 index ended over 1.8 per cent up, Singapore’s Straits Times Index rose almost 0.4 per cent, and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index added 0.1 per cent. On the other hand, China’s Shanghai Composite Index lost over 0.1 per cent.
Major European indices were trading in positive territory today. France CAC 40 was trading around half a per cent up, Germany’s DAX gained over 0.2 per cent and London’s FTSE 100 added 0.2 per cent, when reports last came in.
