During the visit, he appreciated the dedication of doctors and medical staff, who continue to serve patients despite the high patient load at IGM Hospital.
“Despite the challenges, our doctors, nurses, and staff are doing commendable work. Cleanliness is being maintained well, and I appreciate the efforts of the entire team,” Dr. Saha said in his social media platform..
The visit is part of the state government’s broader initiative to enhance the quality and accessibility of healthcare services in Tripura. Dr. Saha emphasized that regular monitoring, infrastructure development, and workforce support are key priorities for the government to ensure that citizens receive efficient and compassionate care.
He also urged hospital staff to maintain patient-friendly behavior and continue focusing on hygiene, punctuality, and discipline.
With health being a key sector in Tripura’s development agenda, the Chief Minister’s visit was aimed at making a hands-on approach of the government in ensuring accountability and high standards in public health institutions across the state.
