Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah today attended the “Prathama Samadhi Smriti Mahotsav and Shri Ek Hazar Aath Siddhachakra Vidhan Vishwa Shanti Mahayagna” of Acharya Vidyasagar Ji Maharaj at Chandragiri Teerth in the Dongargarh area of Chhattisgarh. During his visit to the Chandragiri Teerth, Mr Shah paid tribute to the Samadhi of Mahamuniraj.
Addressing the gathering, the Home Minister praised Acharya Vidyasagar Ji Maharaj for uniting society to uphold the values of truth, non-violence, and charity.
The event was also attended by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma.
