In the Indian Super League Football, Odisha FC returned to winning ways with a dramatic 3-2 victory over Bengaluru FC at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru last evening.

The hosts started strongly, racing to a 2-0 lead within the first 13 minutes through goals by Edgar Mendez and Sunil Chhetri. However, the momentum shifted when Bengaluru’s Aleksandar Jovanovic received a red card, leaving the home side a man down. Odisha capitalized on the opportunity, with Diego Mauricio converting two consecutive penalties. Jerry Mawihmingthanga then scored the decisive goal in the second half, sealing the comeback win for Odisha FC.

With this victory, Odisha FC climbed to sixth place on the league table, while Bengaluru FC remains in third.

Today, Hyderabad FC will take on Jamshedpur FC at the G.M.C. Balayogi Athletic Stadium in Hyderabad. The match kicks off at 7:30 PM IST.
