In Ladakh, Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, led the National Constitution Day pledge and read the Preamble at the Council Secretariat, Kargil.
Joined by Executive Councilor Er. Punchok Tashi, officers, and staff, Dr. Akhoon emphasised the importance of upholding the Constitution’s principles, including justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. He urged officers to promote awareness of fundamental duties and ensure unity and integrity in service to the nation.
The event reaffirmed the participants’ commitment to constitutional values and fostering inclusive development.
