Yashaswini Ghorpade Qualifies for Europe Smash Main Draw, to Face China’s Wang Yidi

In Table Tennis,Yashaswini Ghorpade qualified for the main draw at the Europe Smash in Malmo, Sweden today. Yashaswini defeated Serbia’s Izabela Lupulesku 7-11, 11-8, 11-8, 11-6 in the final round of qualifiers. The Indian will take on Chinese World No. 5 Wang Yidi in the round of 64 later today.
