In Table Tennis, the Women’s doubles pair of Sreeja Akula and Archana Girish Kamath will face off against compatriots Ayhika Mukherjee and Sutirtha Mukherjee in an all Indian women’s doubles semi-final at the WTT Contender in Lagos this evening. While in the second semi-final, another Indian pair of Diya Parag Chitale and Yashaswini Ghorpade will lock horns with Sun Sinan and Ding Yijie of China.
In the Men’s singles quarter-finals, India’s Manav Vikash Thakkar will face Jonghoon Lim of South Korea this afternoon. While compatriot Achanta Sharat Kamal will take on Thibault Poret of France later in the day.
In the women’s singles quarter-finals, Sreeja Akula will face another Indian Yashaswini Ghorpade this evening. In other matches, Ayhika Mukherjee is set to face the Egyptian, Farida Badawy while Sutirtha Mukherjee will compete against Shin Yubin of South Korea.
