West Indies resumes 1st innings against India on Day 3

In Cricket, the West Indies will resume their first innings at the overnight score of 140/4 against India on Day 3 of the second Test at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi today. The match is scheduled to start at 9:30 AM. West Indies are trailing by 378 runs. On day 2 yesterday, Shai Hope and Tevin Imlach were at the crease at the draw of stumps.
 
Earlier in the day, India declared its innings on 518/5 with Yashasvi Jaiswal and Indian skipper Shubhman Gill scoring brilliant centuries. Jaiswal played a superb knock of 175 runs before being run out, while Gill remained unbeaten on 129 runs. Sai Sudarshan added 87, Nitish Reddy scored 43, while wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel contributed 44 runs, helping India to reach a commanding position.
