Ahead of the upcoming West Bengal state assembly elections, Chief Electoral Officer Manoj Agarwal held a meeting yesterday with top state police officials to review the law and order situation and examine preparations for the polls. According to the office of the Chief Electoral Officer, the focus of the meeting was to deploy central forces in the state after their arrival.
