Two students from PM Shri Sabroom Higher Secondary Girls’ School, Twitter Tripura and Gopimala Tripura, have been selected for the Chief Minister’s State Award-2025 for Academic Excellence. Twitter topped Tripura’s Higher Secondary English merit list with a perfect score, while Gopimala excelled among tribal students with remarkable Madhyamik results.
In a proud moment for the people of Sabroom, two students from PM Shri Sabroom Higher Secondary Girls’ School have been selected for the prestigious Chief Minister’s Annual State Award-2025 for Academic Excellence. According to official sources, the awardees are Twitter Tripura and Gopimala Tripura, both of whom have displayed extraordinary academic achievements in recent examinations.

Twitter Tripura tops English merit list
Among the two, Twitter Tripura secured her place in state history by achieving a perfect score—100 out of 100 in English—in the Higher Secondary examinations. A resident of the Sabroom Girls’ Hostel, Gopimala’s academic journey has been both inspiring and exemplary. She scored 464 out of 500 marks in the 2023 Madhyamik examinations, securing fourth rank among all students across Tripura.

According to officials, her achievement was strongly supported by the special coaching classes organized by the Tribal Welfare Department of the Tripura Government. Speaking about the achievement, Headmaster Ranjan Debnath of PM Shri Sabroom Higher Secondary Girls’ School said,
