Born into a financially constrained family, his father, Biplab Das, works as a private tutor with a modest monthly income ranging between Rs 6,000 and Rs 7,000. The family struggled to meet basic needs, let alone provide a comfortable academic environment. Adding to the hardship, Piyush’s mother has been battling mental health challenges, placing further emotional and financial strain on the household.
Despite these difficulties, Piyush remained unwavering in his commitment to education. Without access to adequate study facilities at home, he developed a disciplined routine, dedicating six to seven hours daily to his studies. His consistency and focus became the foundation of his success.
A key part of his preparation included leveraging digital resources. Piyush enrolled in online coaching provided by Physics Wallah, which helped him strengthen his understanding of core subjects. In addition, he received guidance from private tutors in English and Biology, ensuring a balanced approach across all subjects.
