Tripura CM Dr. Manik Saha and BJP State president Abhishek Debroy emphasized unity, discipline, organizational strength, and dedicated public service during key BJP meetings, urging party leaders and Karyakartas to prepare for the 2028 Assembly elections while strengthening grassroots organization across Tripura.

Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State president Abhishek Debroy have reiterated the importance of organizational unity, discipline, and dedicated public service while addressing separate party meetings aimed at strengthening the BJP ahead of the 2028 Tripura Assembly elections.

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha participated in an important organizational meeting at the Tripura Pradesh BJP headquarters with the party’s newly appointed office-bearers. Sharing his views after the meeting, the Chief Minister expressed confidence that the BJP organization would emerge stronger through the collective efforts, dedication, and organizational efficiency of its leaders and workers.

Dr. Saha stated that the united commitment of the party’s office-bearers would further strengthen the BJP’s organizational structure and enable the party to serve the people more effectively in the coming years. He emphasized that teamwork, discipline, and organizational coordination remain the pillars of the BJP’s continued growth in Tripura.

Meanwhile, BJP State President and MLA Abhishek Debroy, during his first visit to Sonamura Sub-Division under the BJP’s Sepahijala (South) organizational district after assuming office, called upon party Karyakartas to uphold unity, discipline, and selfless service. Addressing party leaders and workers for over thirty minutes, Debroy asserted that these principles form the foundation of the BJP’s success and expansion.

Debroy announced that preparations for the 2028 Tripura Assembly elections had effectively begun and urged every party worker to remain committed to strengthening the organization at the grassroots level. He said the BJP functions on five core principles and stressed that serving the people must always remain the party’s highest priority.

The BJP State President advised elected representatives and party functionaries to respond to public grievances with honesty and transparency. He urged them not to make citizens visit multiple offices unnecessarily and instead provide clear information whenever an issue could not be resolved immediately.

Highlighting the party’s organizational values, Debroy appealed to leaders to treat workers at every level with dignity and respect. He also emphasized the importance of ensuring respect and dignity for women within the organization, stating that no complaint regarding disrespect should arise.

Expressing gratitude for the warm welcome he received during his maiden visit to Sonamura as State President, Debroy reminded party members that every organizational and government position is earned through the trust and nomination of the party. He urged all leaders to remain loyal to the organization and maintain close coordination with the administration while working for public welfare.

In a strong message directed at those allegedly misusing the BJP’s name for personal benefit, Debroy cautioned that money and the influence of power should never overshadow the party’s principles. Without naming anyone, he advised such individuals to refrain from activities that could damage the party’s image.

He further instructed party workers not to criticize the organization or its office-bearers publicly at homes, tea stalls, or other public places. Instead, he encouraged them to submit complaints through the party’s proper organizational channels, assuring that every grievance would receive fair and impartial consideration.

Debroy also reminded leaders that no organizational or government post is permanent and called upon party workers to ensure victory in the Sonamura Assembly constituency in the next Assembly elections. His appeal received support from BJP Sepahijala (South) District President Prasenjit Ghosh.
