Yakutsk: Mercury dropped to minus 62 degrees Celsius during an abnormally cold snap in Russias Yakutsk, the coldest city in the world.
The Siberian city residents saw such biting cold after a period of two decades while this city, located in Yakutia, a republic in Siberia, is known as the worlds coldest city.
