Sunday Times Kolkata as a part of their program for honoring renowned writers/publishers/actors/dancers will felicitate Arindam Nath, an eminent writer from the state. The felicitation will be held on the occasion of the 2nd year International Literary Summit on  December 19 next at National Library Kolkata.

Nath is an IPS officer of Tripura cadre presently serving as IGP (Law & Order). An official letter has been received by him from Pobitra Chakraborty, Executive Editor, Sunday Times Kolkata on Wednesday. The Sunday Times Kolkata is subsidiary publication of the Sunday Times, UK. The news has raised a sense of joy among his readers and well-wishers.

The other selected awardees include, Yasmin Nigar Khan ( Grand Daughter of Khan Abdul Gaffer Khan – Frontier Gandhi), Alokananda Roy ( Dancer,social worker,writer), Dr.Pabitra Sarkar ( Educationist, writer, Ex V.C of Rabindra Bharati University, Sabyasachi Chakraborty ( Actor , photographer, writer), Chandril Bhattacharjee ( speaker ).

Vice President M Venkiya Naidu is likely to grace the occasion as Chief Guest on the occasion.
