Goa’s Sadhvi Sail has been crowned Femina Miss India World 2026 at the grand finale held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, yesterday.
The prestigious pageant took place at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, showcasing talent, confidence and purpose among contestants from across the country. Representing Goa, Sadhvi Sail impressed the judges with her poise and authenticity, earning the top honour and the opportunity to represent India at the Miss World competition.
Rajnandini Pawar from Maharashtra was declared the first runner-up, while Sree Advaita, who represented the Union Territories (combined), finished as the second runner-up.
The 61st edition of the pageant was held under the theme “Daughters of This Soil”, celebrating unity in diversity and the strength of young Indian women. The event featured cultural performances, fashion rounds and a rigorous selection process, culminating in the crowning of the winners.
