Agriculture Minister Ratanlal Nath emphasized the crucial role of farmers in the economic growth of the state during an event on Thursday. Inaugurating the new Agricultural sub-divisional office at Belbari in West Tripura district, Nath revealed the state government’s commitment to the welfare of farmers and agricultural development.

Minister Nath announced the government’s plan to establish Agricultural sub-division offices at every block, reflecting the administration’s dedication to reaching the grassroots level. He highlighted the government’s non-partisan approach, aiming to ensure that the benefits of various schemes reach every section of society.

Nath asserted that the state has witnessed an increase in farmers’ income, attributing it to the government’s concerted efforts. Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury echoed this sentiment, stating that the government’s objective is to extend the benefits of various schemes to all eligible beneficiaries.
