If Shah Rukh Khan dominated the show with two releases this year, Ranbir Kapoor is ending 2023 with a bang after his latest movie Animal crossed the magical Rs. 200-crore mark at the Box Office in just three days since releasing on December 1.

Adarsh said the movie would have put up a stronger show if it had been released solo and not faced competition from Vicky Kaushals much-awaited release Sam Bahadur.
Kaushal is playing the role of Indias first field marshal Sam Manekshaw in the movie based on his life.
Had #Animal arrived solo, without clash and more screens/shows allotted to it, it wouldve easily challenged/overtaken #Jawan *3-day* numbers, Adarsh wrote.

Director Meghna Gulzars Sam Bahadur, on the other end, earned Rs. 25.55 crores at the Box Office, facing touch competition from Animal.

Animal is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed and edited by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Murad Khetani and Pranay Reddy Vanga under T-Series Films, Bhadrakali Pictures and Cine1 Studios.
