President Draupadi Murmu will inaugurate the Tripura Judicial Academy at Narsingarh on October 12. The President will arrive here on the same day and spent a night here.
Soon after arriving here the President will be accorded with a ceremonial Guard o Honour and then she will inaugurate the Tripura Judicial Academy and lay foundation of the National Law University at Narasingarh.
She is expected to lay the foundation stone of the digital museum-Maharaja Birendra Kishore Manikya Museum and Cultural centre at 105 years old iconic Pushpabanta Palace, which was the Raj Bhavan for 46 years.
Murmu is also expected to inaugurate several other projects from Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhawan.
According to the draft visit schedule of the President Murmu will virtually inaugurate the newly constructed MLA Hostel complex at Capital Complex area . Besides, she will also dedicate the Nischintipur Transhipment Yard to the country.
In the evening the President will be given a Civic Reception at the Agartala Town Hall which will be followed by a banquet at Raj Bhawan in Agartala.
Next day on October 13 the President will visit the Agartala Railway station at 9.15 am and flag off the Guwahati to Kolkata Express upto Agartala and extension of Agartala-Jiribam-Agartala Jana Shatabdi Express upto Khongsang in Manipur. The president will then visit the Tripura Sundari Temple and then after her return from there will leave for Guwahati at 12.10 in her special flight.
It may be mentioned here that this will be the second visit of Murmu to Agartala. She first came here as the candidate for the President’s position.
