President Droupadi Murmu has extended her greetings to all citizens on the auspicious occasion of the sacred Rath Yatra in Puri, Odisha. In a social media post, she said that millions of devotees attain a divine experience by witnessing the darshan of the revered deities, Lord Balabhadra, Lord Jagannath, Goddess Subhadra, and Chakraraj Sudarshan, seated on their grand chariots.
She noted that the human-like divine play of these godly forms is the speciality of the Rath Yatra. Extending her wishes, the President prayed to Lord Jagannath for the spread of peace, friendship, and harmony across the world on this holy occasion.
