Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha will inaugurate the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of historic Ramesh School, marking 75 years of educational excellence with cultural programs, seminars, sports events, a blood donation camp, and a grand alumni reunion.
The historic Ramesh School entered a landmark chapter on Thursday as it formally launched its 75th Platinum Jubilee celebrations, marking seven and a half decades of excellence in education, discipline, and social responsibility. The four-day celebration began with a grand and colorful procession that drew widespread public attention and community participation.
The jubilee procession commenced from the school campus in the morning and passed through major streets of the city, creating a festive atmosphere. Students, teachers, alumni, and former staff members participated enthusiastically, showcasing the institution’s proud legacy and enduring values. Participants wore vibrant attire and carried banners, placards, and symbolic emblems highlighting the importance of education, moral values, social harmony, and the school’s contribution to nation-building.

As part of the Platinum Jubilee initiatives, a blood donation camp will be organized on Friday, emphasizing the institution’s commitment to social service and community welfare. The main jubilee celebration will be officially inaugurated by Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Friday, adding significant importance to the historic occasion.
