Sarsanghchalak (chief) of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Mohan Bhagwat is scheduled to arrive in the State on December 25 next for a two-day visit. It is learnt, during his stay, the Chief of the RSS will hold organizational meetings. With the growing influence of the RSS in Tripura, it is expected that the meetings will focus on further strengthening the organization in the State.
Also, it is expected that some of the State BJP leaders would visit and meet him. However, Mohan Bhagwat will not address any public meeting this time, sources said.
Since 2014, there is a huge surge in the activities of the Sangh in the State. It is working in the field of education and health. Sangh leaders are ensuring that it reaches out Janajati people with different activities.
