Controversy deepens around Khan Sir after an FIR was filed in Patna’s Kadamkuan firing case. Relatives and neighbours have made serious allegations regarding his qualifications, conduct, and local disputes. The controversy surrounding popular educator Faisal Khan, widely known as Khan Sir, has intensified after an FIR was registered against him in connection with a firing incident at a coaching institute in Patna’s Kadamkuan area. The case has attracted significant public attention, with relatives and neighbours of the educator coming forward with allegations regarding his conduct, qualifications, and involvement in local disputes.
According to police officials, the FIR was filed following an incident that took place on June 2 at a coaching institute located in Kadamkuan. Authorities have registered the case against Faisal Khan alias Khan Sir, along with two security guards who have already been arrested and several other unidentified individuals.
The FIR has been lodged under Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which pertains to attempt to murder, along with relevant sections of the Arms Act. The complaint was filed by Kadamkuan Police Station Inspector Anil Kumar after investigators began examining evidence related to the incident.
Police officials stated that the investigation gained momentum after a video surfaced on social media allegedly showing two security guards firing shots into the air during the incident. The firing reportedly took place around 10:10 p.m. on June 2, prompting authorities to launch a detailed inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the event.
As the investigation progresses, reactions from Khan Sir’s family members and neighbours have drawn further attention. His uncle, Nisar Ahmad Khan, made several claims regarding the educator’s educational qualifications and personality. He alleged that Khan Sir did not possess any significant academic credentials and questioned the authenticity of degrees associated with him.
Speaking about the controversy, Nisar Ahmad Khan claimed that his nephew was once known for his good nature but later became increasingly focused on earning money. He further alleged that disputes had emerged over the use of photographs of high-performing students in promotional materials associated with coaching activities.
In addition to comments from family members, neighbours from his native area in Deoria have also raised concerns. One neighbour alleged that there had been disputes within the locality and claimed that pressure and influence were used to intimidate nearby residents. The neighbour further alleged that a boundary wall had been demolished and expressed suspicion regarding Khan Sir’s involvement. However, these allegations remain claims made by individuals and have not been independently verified by investigating authorities.
Meanwhile, police have arrested two security personnel identified as Talebar Singh and Pradeep Kumar, both residents of Uttar Pradesh. Authorities are currently examining their role in the incident and are also verifying the validity of firearms licences reportedly issued outside Bihar.
Officials have emphasized that the investigation remains ongoing and that all aspects of the case are being thoroughly examined. Law enforcement agencies are also investigating the involvement of other unidentified individuals named in the FIR.
