The Executive President of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) Hemant Soren is all set to take over the reins of Jharkhand again. The decision to install Hemant Soren as new Chief Minister was taken at the meeting of INDIA alliance MLAs comprising JMM, Congress and RJD. This meeting was held at official residence of Chief Minister Champai Soren in Ranchi. Earlier official programmes of Champai Soren were cancelled which confirmed change of guard in the state.
Hemant Soren had resigned from the post of Chief Minister when he was arrested by the ED on 31st January this year in a money laundering case.
