In Tennis, the No. 2-ranked Italian Jannik Sinner defeated Daniil Medvedev 7-6, 7-6 to win the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells Tennis Garden without dropping a set in California, United States. The Italian rallied from 4-0 down in the second-set tiebreak and has now beaten Medvedev for the ninth time in their last 10 matches.
