India Clinches T20 Series Against Australia 2-1 as Rain Abandons Final Match at Gabba

 
In Men’s Cricket, the final game of the five-match T20 series between India and Australia at the Gabba in Brisbane abandoned due to rain. With this India won the series by 2-1. Before rain played spoilsport, India were 52 for no loss, with Shubhman Gill on 29 and Abhishek Sharma on 23 runs were at the crease.
 
India has now extended their 17-year streak of not losing a T20I series against Australia. Earlier, Australian skipper Mitchell won the toss and opted to bowl first.
