In a statement, HPCL clarified that the video is misleading, baseless, and factually incorrect. The company stated that the claims made in the video are completely false and do not reflect the actual situation at the retail outlet. HPCL has advised customers not to believe or circulate such misleading content on social media and urged the public to rely only on official communication channels for verified information.
