In Cricket, Harmanpreet Kaur has been retained as the India Women’s captain for the ODIs series against New Zealand while four uncapped players were also picked for the series starting on 24th of this month. The women’s cricket team’s performance was under scrutiny after India’s early exit from the T20 World Cup. However, the selectors have showed their confidence in Harmanpreet.
The game against New Zealand in Ahmedabad will also mark the start of preparations for the ODI World Cup, next year.
