Hamas has released seven hostages to the Red Cross today. This is the first handover as part of a ceasefire plan in the Israel-Hamas war. Hamas has said 20 living hostages will be exchanged for more than 1,900 Palestinian prisoners held by Israel. The living hostages will be handed over by the Red Cross to the Israeli military.
