Foreign investors pumped in over 3,000 crore rupees into the Indian equity markets last week. As per the National Securities Depository’s (NSDL) data, Foreign portfolio investors or FPIs injected 3,347 crore rupees into the Indian equity markets between June 9 and 13. However, despite the week’s positive inflows, June’s overall FPI investment remains negative as they withdrew 5,402 crore rupees from Indian equity markets anin June so far.
