Former RSS Chief Pramila Medhe passes away at 97

Former Rashtra Sevika Samiti Pramukh Sanchalika Pramila Medhe passed away this morning in Nagpur. She was 97 years old. Her funeral will be held tomorrow morning in Nagpur. The  Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Chief  Dr. Mohan Bhagwat paid tribute to her at Devi Ahilya Mandir in Nagpur and expressed grief over her demise. While speaking to the media, Dr. Bhagwat said that Pramila Medhe has tirelessly worked for Samiti even in the hard terrains of the north-east.  Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister have also expressed condolences on Social Media posts.  Pramila Medhe served as the Chief Executive of the Rashtra Sevika Samiti from 1978 to 2003.
