In Women’s Cricket, India will take on Sri Lanka in the first T20 international of the 5-match series at Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Stadium in Visakhapatnam today. The match will begin at 7 PM. Led by Harmanpreet Kaur, India will play 5 T20s against Sri Lanka, as part of their Women’s T20 World Cup preparations.
The first two games will be played in Visakhapatnam, while the last three in Thiruvananthapuram.
This is the first time the Women in Blue will be in action after their triumph in the ODI World Cup last month. The series will also set a stage to tune skills for the Women’s Premier League beginning next month.
