A sudden fire broke out in an area adjacent to Children’s Park Lane in Agartala on Thursday, causing panic among residents and shopkeepers in the locality. Thick plumes of smoke were first noticed by local residents, who quickly alerted the fire brigade to prevent the situation from escalating.
Upon receiving the information, a fire engine from the Battala Fire Station rushed to the spot and immediately began firefighting operations. Fire service officials stated that emergency personnel acted swiftly to contain the blaze and stop it from spreading to nearby houses and commercial establishments.
