England just took 19 balls to smash 50 runs for the loss of two wickets, chasing Omans 47 runs knock, and improving their net run rate.
Jos Buttler remained unbeaten at 24 and remained the top scorer for the squad.
Omani bowlers dismissed Phil Salt (12) and Will Jacks (5) in the run chase.
Jonny Bairstow (8*) joined Buttler to reach the target.
