EAM Dr. S. Jaishankar Greets Maldives on Independence Day, Reaffirms Strong India-Maldives Ties

External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has congratulated the Government and the people of the Maldives on the diamond jubilee celebrations of their Independence. He noted that India and the Maldives are also celebrating 60 years of diplomatic relations, reiterating India’s commitment to further strengthen the partnership for peace, prosperity, and stability in the Indian Ocean Region.
