Draft electoral roll for Gujarat assembly constituencies to be published under SIR campaign

The draft electoral roll for all assembly constituencies in Gujarat under the SIR campaign will be published today. District Election Officers will hand over copies of the draft roll to representatives of recognised political parties to ensure transparency in the revision process.
 
 
With the publication of the list today, the window for filing claims and objections has officially opened and will remain active until January 18, 2026. Citizens can now check their names in the draft and submit applications for new enrollments, deletions, or corrections.
 
 
The election machinery has also shared lists of absent, shifted, and deceased voters with booth-level agents to ensure a clean and accurate final voter list.
